Movement for Life
LKM THERAPY was founded by Elizabeth Kalinski-Moore BSc (Hons) MSST, who graduated as a sports therapist with first-class honours at Solent Southampton University, before going on to gain experience working in the NHS as an MSK clinician. She offers injury assessment, rehabilitation, and soft tissue therapy. Her aim is to help guide you on your journey from chronic or acute injury, back to your functional goals, whether this is pre-injury levels or beyond.
